This piece was inspired by the landscape from where I was sitting, taking in the view and listening to the waves crash. We were right near the end of the beach, beside a rock face that provided shade and small details to sit with.
The dot work reflects the mix of textures in that space, rock, sand and water, and the way everything moves together. It’s about feeling grounded, connected, and being present.
