This piece reflects my journey through depression and anxiety. Inspired by my culture, circles symbolise meeting places and when connected they represent travelling, this shows the path I've travelled.
At the centre, yellow and white circles grow as they rise, representing progress and light within me. Their links show the ongoing mental health journey.
The outer circles symbolise endless opportunities and new chapters, expressing hope and the ongoing process of self-discovery.
